Provide executive leadership and coordination of environmental programs involving $15 Million infrastructure service providers in communities within Florida and New York.
Lead operations and strategic direction with full responsibility for implementing programs in accordance with government, business and public grant and funding sources, including long range planning, global alternative energy and solid waste management needs and promotions. Provide cross-functional management, direct project managers. Direct operations for implementing, service provision and funding for infrastructure system. Redefine organizational structure; oversee financial planning decisions and perform contract/grant writing, program monitoring and contract compliance.
Key Achievements:
*Created and promoted the non-profit organizational needs for environmental issues resulting in the development of environmental programs being implemented in 9 Florida Counties, and 2 Counties in New York with local government input in excess of $20 Million for subject projects.
