The specifications below are written to provide the offshore Builder/Dealer with detailed information on the standard components which are included in each Panelized Building Systems home packages. By familiarizing himself with the standard features, the offshore Builder/Dealer may convey accurate details to the retail customer and also establish proper allowances in his own budget for options and field purchase items. These specifications outline standard components included in the base price of all models. Available options and upgrades are listed in the Builder Manual. Technical information and warranty coverage is explained in the individual product literature for each component item.

Panelized Building Systems encourages every Builder/Dealer to utilize the standard paperwork, recommended procedures and policies outlined in the Builder Manual. The standard specifications may be utilized by the Builder/Dealer in combination with his own specifications on field supplied items to support a comprehensive presentation on a retail basis. Items provided by the offshore Builder/Dealer in addition to the Panelized Building Systems packages (excavation, masonry, utility hookups, electrical system and fixtures, HVAC system, paint, gutters, landscaping and other services) in the field may be written in a similar format and combined with Panelized Building Systems  standard specifications. This would allow the offshore Builder/Dealer to establish "standard turnkey specifications" as a basis from which options and upgrades may be chosen.
